1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Changes to the booking must be made at least 14 days prior to the event.
  • Cancellations made before the event will incur a non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

2. Guest Count

  • A confirmed guest count is required no later than 14 days before the event.
  • Any decrease in guest count after this deadline will not result in a reduction in charges.
  • Additional guests beyond the confirmed count may be accommodated if possible, with added charges billed post-event.

3. Menu Changes

  • Final menu selections must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event.
  • Last-minute changes may be subject to additional charges and ingredient availability.
  • We strive to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies, but require at least 14 days’ notice for adjustments.

4. Venue and Equipment

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue has the necessary facilities for catering services (e.g., kitchen access, electrical outlets). Additional fees may apply for special equipment.
  • Jonny Reggae Catering will provide standard serving equipment. Any special items requested by the client may incur additional charges.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • We hold public liability insurance. However, Jonny Reggae Catering is not liable for damages caused by guests or client-hired vendors.
  • Any damage or loss of our equipment caused by guests or client representatives will be charged to the client.

6. Food Safety and Hygiene

  • Jonny Reggae Catering follows strict food safety and hygiene practices. Once food is served, the client assumes responsibility for how long it remains available.
  • We recommend removing perishable items after two hours to maintain safety standards.

7. Alcohol Service

  • If alcohol service is required, the client must confirm the licensing requirements with the venue. Our team can assist by providing licensed bartenders and will comply with all local regulations.

8. Force Majeure

  • Jonny Reggae Catering is not liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events. We will make every effort to fulfill our obligations or reschedule where possible.

9. Client Satisfaction

  • If you have any concerns during the event, please communicate with our on-site staff so we can promptly address and resolve any issues.
